Ami Sanghavi

It’s bright sunny day. Rain beats upon her head with silver drops. Sipping some hot tea, packing up a sci-fi thriller novel and while listening to the rain drops, she sneaks out of house ready to explore the nature has to offer.

“It is this moment. The perfect moment frozen in time. Once it’s gone, it’s lost forever. It is this moment one seeks to capture. One that will be treasured for years to come. Like a memory you have forever.”

Having lived and travelled through different cities and countries due to education and job, I have embraced change and exploring food, culture and meeting new people as part of my identity. Much to my husband’s relief, I might have semi-settled and found “permanent” home in Seattle for last 1 year :P. Yet, the journey to travel remains insatiable.

Past all personal, professional job and social commitments, my free time is often spent cooking new dishes, reading, hiking, biking, hosting parties, learning the dance moves or planning for the next travel.
